Returns
If you wish to withdraw your purchase, you have 14 days to return the product. Please follow the instructions provided in the Return Center. The total amount for the returned item(s) will be refunded within 15 business days using the original payment method.
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs for items they purchased.
- International Returns: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping must be covered by the customer. For exchanges, the customer pays for return shipping, and LYLLES covers the shipping cost for the new item.
Exchanges
Exchanging products is quick and easy. Below are the different exchange options:
- Equal Value Exchange: No additional charges or refunds are required for exchanges involving items of the same value.
- Lesser Value Exchange: If the new item costs less, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method (including PayPal). Allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Greater Value Exchange: If you wish to exchange your purchase for a higher-value item, you must return the original item(s) and place a new order.
